Refunds and Exchange: Good received damaged or incomplete can be returned and a replacement will be issued. We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery, as we cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellation of order: Cancellation of Order If you wish to cancel the order and your goods have already been dispatched, you must send the goods back to: Lancashire Books, 10 Woburn Close, Accrington, BB5 2TS at your cost and risk as soon as possible. Once we have received your returned order to us, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation provided that you return the goods in their original condition.
